About Carnival in Curaçao Curaçao's Carnival is one of the largest and longest-lasting Carnival spectacles of the Caribbean, and one of the best times to visit the island to experience the passion of our people. This grand tradition features fantastic parades, floats, costumes and characters, plus Carnival royalty.
Plein Air Curaçao Art Festival February 23 - March , 2023. During this festival, local and international plein air artists paint outdoors at various locations on Curaçao including underwater with oils, watercolors, pastels and other media. These artists bring to life the beauty of Curaçao, its people, and its culture to be permanently exposed abroad through paintings in homes, galleries and museums.

Caribbean Sun Splash June 2-3, 2023 - Caribbean Sun Splash is brought to you by Sun Splash Events and Key Caribe. This two-day event will feature a mouth-watering variety of foods and bring together diverse cultures in two distinct areas. Attendees can look forward to a dynamic musical lineup including Afrobeats, Amapiano, Dancehall, Ritmo Kombina, Reggae, Kawina, and Urban genres, with a special performance by the popular Nigerian singer Rema.

The annual Curaçao Pride is 5 days filled of events such as parties, activities with local and international artists catering to the LGBTQ community and their friends, Pride Walk, Pride Happy Hours, beach party, White Party and Boat Party.

KLM Curaçao Marathon November 25-th 26th 2023. 
The Marathon and half Marathon course route is along the waterfront of Curaçao, across the Queen Emma pontoon bridge and even over one of the highest bridges in the world, the Juliana Bridge, at 185 feet above sea level while the 9.7 km trail run will take participants off road. There is an ideal distance for everyone such as the Cavalier 5 KM (walk or run), Intertrust 10 KM (walk or run), Royal Netherlands Navy Trail, the Venequip Half Marathon and the KLM Full Marathon.
