The Cayman Islands comprises of three islands Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. Each island offers unique features for travelers.For the adventure traveler Cayman Brac features breathtaking bluff, nature trails, limestone caves and sinkholes contrast waters containing awe-inspiring dives along seawalls and even a sunken ship.

Grand Cayman offers history, art, culture,nature and commerce. On the west side of the island is award-winning Seven Mile Beach, a crescent-shaped stretch of sand ideal for the family fun or engross in the history of the island by visiting one of the National museums. The North Sound is home to Stingray City. Swim along with these magnificent creatures in clear, blue water for a truly Caymanian experience.

For the leisure traveler looking for peace and serenity, Little Cayman is the island to find that. Measuring ten miles long and one mile wide, this peaceful hideaway is a stark contrast to the other two islands. Cayman Cookout - The world’s most talented chefs, culinary influencers, and wine and spirit experts will gather at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman for the annual Cayman Cookout. Hosted by acclaimed chef Eric Ripert, it is an interactive celebration set amid the breathtaking Seven Mile Beach and offers an exciting agenda from world-renowned chefs.

  Off the Beaten Track March 5th 2023 This event kicks off Cayman’s only off-road 50km ultra marathon and relay race. Off the Beaten Track (OTBT) challenge offers two options for participating: As a solo runner this is an opportunity to tackle this 50-kilometer cross-country course; or as a relay team of up to 6 members. Collectively running the distance over six legs.

Red Sky at Night (April 15 th 2023 - Features live performances from musicians, dancers, actors and storytellers, as well as creative work displays by visual artists and artisans. Visitors revel in a sensory filled experience at this multi–disciplined arts fair, as the sounds of steel pan, fiddle and drums, and the aroma of mouthwatering local culinary delicacies waft on the night air.

Junior Batabano Street Parade & Family Fun Day (April 23rd 2023)

Junior Batabano’s provides a family-friendly environment for Cayman’s youth to enjoy the spirit of carnival in their own parade through George Town, on their own weekend prior to the adult parade.

Capella Music Festival April 29th, 2023 - Capella Music Festival 2023A vibrant summer music extravaganza set amidst the picturesque Festival Green in Camana Bay, Grand Cayman. This exciting event will showcase the best of Cayman's artists, bands, and DJs, along with a fantastic lineup of internationally renowned musicians. With music spanning various genres and eras, the festival promises a truly eclectic experience, all set against the stunning backdrop of a Caribbean paradise.

  Cayman Islands International Fishing Tournament April 25 - May 2 2023 - The Cayman Islands International Fishing Tournament (CIIFT) is the Islands’ premier sportfishing experience for over 25 years and will be held on April 25 – May 2, 2023. The tournament features a mix of local and international anglers competing for cash and prizes in various categories.

Cayman Carnival Batabano May 6th  2023. It is the national carnival of the Cayman Islands, held annually in May at th start of the turtle nesting Batabano Cayman Carnival season. The name "Batabano" is a salute to Cayman’s turtling heritage – the word “Batabano ” is a Caymanian term meaning the tracks left in the sand by sea turtles as they crawl ashore to nest. Finding these tracks was – and still is – a reason to celebrate, thus Cayman Carnival Batabano.

Adult Batabano Street Parade  May 6th 2023. This elegant masquerade ball is a signature event of Cayman Carnival Batabano, featuring cultural and costume displays, Caymanian cuisine, and live entertainment by local and visiting Calypsonians and popular Soca artistes. Cayman Carnival Batabano boasts boasts one of the most amazing parade routes in the Caribbean, from Public Beach to Harbor Drive, adjacent to the beautiful Seven Mile Beach. The parade winds around the center of the town and ends on Harbor Drive with entertainment covering 6 genres of music and the annual food festival.

Lover's Rock Cayman May 12, 2023 - Be entertained by this iconic reggae concert featuring world renowned Grammy award-winning band, Morgan Heritage; also performance by Romain Virgo and Marcia Griffiths.

Taste of Cayman Food & Drink Festival May 13th 2023 -Taste of Cayman Taste of Cayman is one of the Cayman Islands’ biggest annual events. Over 5,500 foodies gather to indulge, with more than 40 food and beverage vendors. Experience Cayman's traditions and a rich culinary heritage through Heavy Cake and Mixology competitions.

Braccanal Carnival - May 11-15, 2013 (Cayman Brac) Every year, Cayman Brac's Carnival, Braccanal, brings together people from all walks of life, dressed in costumes and t-shirts, to revel in the festivities. The air is filled with the delicious aroma of local Caymanian dishes and the sweet sounds of soca music. This is a time for celebrating life, love, and blessings as one community. Flower Sea Swim June 17th 2023. The Flowers Sea Swim welcomes Swimmers from all strokes of life. Participants vary in age from 8 to 80 years old and in skill from novices and first-timers to gold medal Olympians and world championship open water specialists from around the globe. The unique draw of the Flowers Sea Swim is not only its flawless course along Cayman’s beautiful Seven Mile Beach; crystal clear waters, white sands and warm weather, conditions but the numerous random prizes. The race is the world’s richest open-water event with over $100,000 in cash and random prizes.

BRAC Bash and Cook Off In observance of the sinking of the Russian Frigate, MV Captain Keith Tibbetts; now a popular dive site in the Cayman Islands, the residents of Cayman Brac holds an annual events called the “Brac Bash Cookoff”. This festival includes a local arts and crafts show, and for the adventure traveler, snorkeling tours of the wreck, and an underwater scavenger hunt. It will not be a cook-off without food. The very popular cook-off competition is attended by some of the best culinary talent in the Cayman Islands.

Cayman Restaurant Month October 1 - 31, 2023Cayman Restaurant Month 2022 Logo Every October, the Cayman Islands Tourism Association coordinates Restaurant Month, with local restaurants signing up to offer prix fixed menus at a discount. This is an incredible opportunity to learn more about what Cayman has to treat your palette, as you sample some of the best food the Caribbean has to offer. Pirates Week - November 9th to 19th 2023. Pirates Week festivities begin in Cayman Brac with a bonfire and Kick-Off party, displaying the heritage with a parade and fireworks. The festivities move to Grand Cayman for the most famous of events with five fun-filled days of music, street dances, competitions, games, food festivals of traditional dishes and drinks, a Pirate Pooch Parade, a children’s fun day, teen dances, two glittering parades, sporting events for all ages, a pirate invasion and spectacular fireworks displays. This unique event of caters to everyone in the family. The festive weekend ends with a firework display and farewell BBQ in Little Cayman.
