Salsa Fiesta May 25- 28, 2023. The 12th annual Salsa Fiesta TnT is the longest-running salsa event in the English speaking Caribbean. With four nights of parties, two nights of international dance showcase, and sixty dance workshops with both local, regional and international dance instructors.

Tobago Heritage Festival Mid July-August 2023 This two-week celebration of Tobago’s culture includes traditional art forms, such as music, dance, and plays. It showcases Tobago’s unique contributions to the culture of the twin-island through food, folklore, song and dance, artisan creations, and storytelling. It is an authentic educational experience focused on the rich culture and history of this Caribbean gem.

Rainbow Cup Tobago - June 10, 2023- This International Triathlon & 5km Run held on Tobago. Massy Rainbow Cup National Triathlon Championship at Turtle Beach, Courland Bay; 7 am. Competitors come from throughout the Caribbean, UK, Europe and Australia to compete in this one-day event. There are seven races to chose from making Rainbow Cup Tobago suited for any athlete; from the weekend warrior, recreational competitor, junior athlete all the way up to Elite.

Blue Food Festival October 15 2023- The term “Blue Food” is associated with the ground provision: Dasheen.
Dasheen is a tall- growing tropical plant that resembles the ornamental elephant-ear plant and cocoyam. The leaves, stems and the underground part of the dasheen plant are edible. Also known as Taro, Dasheen is called Blue Food by locals as some versions of the root vegetable turn varying shades of blue and indigo when cooked.
