St. Kitts & Nevis

This two island nation is home to the Brimstone Hill Forest National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The complex of fortifications in the park are one of the best preserved historical fortifications in the Americas, and was designed by British military engineers and built by slaves.

Described as ‘lush and luxuriant,’ the islands are a romantic paradise with relatively crowd-free beautiful beaches. Both islands sit on top of dormant volcanoes, which created the islands and their rich volcanic soil. Nevis is surrounded by coral reefs making the island ideal for snorkeling and scuba diving.
